Risk of loss transfers to the customer only upon physical receipt of the goods, in accordance with EU consumer law.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.
If you are a private consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via email before the 14-day period expires.
Returned goods must:

Be in original condition
Not be installed or modified
Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Used automotive parts installed or altered after delivery
Custom-ordered or special-order items
Products sold clearly marked as “for parts” or “non-functional”
Most products sold are used automotive parts.
Unless explicitly stated:
Products may show signs of prior use.
Manufacturer warranties typically do not apply.
Private EU consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal conformity guarantee under EU law, limited to defects existing at the time of delivery.
For business customers (B2B), warranty rights may be limited.
To the extent permitted by law:
EMG TEILE OÜ shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profit or business interruption
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
All content on the website is the property of Teile.Parts or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence may also apply.
Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts unless otherwise required by consumer law.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
