Delivery and Payment Terms

At Teile.Parts ("we," "us," "our"), we are committed to providing a transparent and secure shopping experience. These Delivery and Payment Terms describe invoicing, payment procedures, shipping conditions, delivery times, and return policies for purchases made via www.teile.parts.
After placing an order, an Invoice is automatically generated and sent to the email address provided during checkout. The Invoice includes product prices, taxes (if applicable), and shipping costs.
By placing an order, you confirm your intention to purchase the selected products. Once the Invoice is issued, the order is considered confirmed and awaits payment.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer only. Bank details are provided in the Invoice email.
Please ensure:
The full Invoice amount is transferred.
The Invoice number is included as payment reference.
Payment must be completed within 3 calendar days from Invoice issuance. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically.

The available shipping options and prices are shown during checkout and included in the Invoice.
Orders are processed within 1–10 business days after payment confirmation. Processing includes payment verification, product preparation, and packaging.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
EU countries: 3–10 business days
Non-EU countries: 5–20 business days
Latvia & Baltic region: 1–5 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, or courier delays.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
We currently ship worldwide. If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.
Private customers within the European Union have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Returned items must:
be unused,
remain in original condition,
include all original markings and packaging.
Due to the nature of used automotive parts, certain items may not be eligible for return if:
the product has been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery,
compatibility was clearly stated but ignored by the buyer,
the item is sold for spare parts or repair purposes.
If a return is approved, refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
Risk Transfer: Once the parcel is handed to the courier, risk transfers to the customer.
Customs & Import Fees: Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
